BBQ SEASON

 

Home-made Sausages using Free-range pork - Cumberland - Lincolnshire - Gold plus traditional beef and a selection of speciality sausages to suit all tastes.

Burgers - 4 or 6 oz, all made on the premises with Scotch beef or for a change why not try our Lamb, mint & basil burgers.

Kebabs - plain or marinade - Lamb, Chicken or Beef with or without vegetables.

Chicken - drumsticks, thighs, wings or breasts - plain or in a marinade of your choice.

Steaks - all Scotch beef 21 day aged: Rump - Sirloin - Fillet or our particular favourite for the BBQ, Rib-eye.

Fresh Salmon - cutlets or fillets, supplied ready poached to serve cold or foil-wrapped & seasoned to cook on the BBQ.

Fresh Tiger Prawns

Salads - A range of home-made salads prepared for you using the freshest & finest ingredients to include: Green salad - Mixed salad - Coleslaw - Potato - Pasta - Rice - Beetroot - Tomato

And to finish - a refreshing fruit salad.

We can also supply your burger baps and torpedo rollst together with a full range of dressings and condiments and disposable plates & cutlery if required.

BBQ HIRE

For the larger party, we can provide for hire a large BBQ, Gazebo and Table.
Should you not want to cook, we can also send along 2 cooks who will BBQ and serve your food.
